Applying for a place at Maybury Primary School or ELC

Along with the application form for your child the following documentation is required:-

• An image of your children’s Birth Certificate
• An image of your children’s passport            
• An image of your children’s Immigration Status Share Code/Visa (non-EU nationals only)            

All of the above documents can be accepted as photo, PDF, scanned copy (if emailing in documents please ensure all images are clear and legible) or you can arrange an appointment to bring them to the school to be photocopied.         

We also require proof of your Edinburgh address:
